If you are faced with negative influences, and can’t avoid them, here are a few helpful suggestions for how to cope with them:

1. If those influences come to you unsolicited, remember: They may have been sent to help you grow stronger in yourself. A hothouse plant grows larger and more luxuriant than its cousins out of doors, exposed as they are to wind, rain, and cold, but it has less stamina. What I am saying about magnetism, then, mustn’t make you cowardly. Take it only as a reminder to be prudent.

2. If you know you are going to be exposed to tamasic [darkening, heavy] vibrations, take the time to meditate beforehand. Then harmonize the vibrations of your heart. Next, consciously emanate peaceful vibrations outward from your heart center to your environment. For human energy has two modes of expression; one of them is giving, the other, receiving or absorbing. If you can consciously enter the giving mode, you will find yourself much less affected by outside influences, whether good or bad.

3. Mentally chant, according to the sincere call of your heart: for example, “I am Thine. Be Thou mine,” or, less personally, “I am light. I am love. I am a fountain of unending peace!”

4. Send the heart’s energy upward to the point between the eyebrows. Feel yourself surrounded and embraced by the divine light.

Metta-Meditation.

Meditation and Meta Bhavana technic is a method of self-discovery which is exercised to keep our spirit and mind always protected, with good attitude and in intimate contact with the cosmos and the universe.

The Metta-Meditation is a way of life, and his constant practice will keep your body and mind healthy.

The object of Metta-Meditation is to raise awareness of your place in the universe. This will allow you to get in touch with the supreme deities of nature.

This technique is similar to any technique for meditation. The difference is in the intention of the process, which through phrases clean our mind and direct our actions to the peace and harmony.

After get the state of relaxation you have to repeat these ideas:.

I feel calm and in peace with my spirit. Inside of me, I have everything i need to be satisfied and happy. Nothing can affect me, because I don´t hate or want evil for others. Searching for clarity and consistency in my mind between my actions and my virtues.

This meditation, through repetition, will guide all our actions to a spiritual balance. It will protect you of the adversity and keep you always healthy. This phenomenon can be explained easily by the Law of Attraction.

Map of Lemuria / Mu

HISTORY

The Legend of Lemuria is one of an ancient lost civilization which existed prior to and during the time of Atlantis. Physically, it is believed that it existed largely in the Southern Pacific, between North America and Asia/Australia. Lemuria is also sometimes referred to as Mu, or the Motherland (of Mu). At its peak of its civilization, the Lemurian people were both highly evolved and very spiritual. While concrete physical evidence of this ancient continent may be difficult to find, many people “know” that they have a strong connection to Lemuria.
 

Approximately 14,000 years ago, the culture known as Lemuria was thriving. (Prior to 2000 years ago, data and time recordings were not taken – so all times are approximate). There were also other cultures on Earth, such as Atlantis, which were thriving as well. The holy people or the prophets of the time began to be realise that something was changing. They began receiving information that the Earth was going to go through a very dramatic shift. The shift that they were referring to was what you call the Great Flood. Also known as the destruction of Atlantis.

 

 

 

Lemuria Mountain

These holy people were very much in touch with the land. They began to be aware that it was very important that the knowledge from Lemuria be preserved. And so for about 2,000 to 3,000 years, they were preparing for this great cataclysm. They began spreading their teachings about the Earth and about mankind’s history to as many people as they possibly could. They believed that if they could spread this information to as many people as possible, the information would be stored within the cells of the human bodies. This would then protect the information & technologies from being forgotten. The Lemurians also began to store information in crystals. These information crystals known as Lemurian seed crystals were taken deep within the Earth to be stored and preserved. Some of these crystals and information were also the new generation of children –Awakened Psychic Children. These children needed to be put in to seed pods and stored until DIVINE timing as the Lemurian knowledge as well as Pleaidian knowledge was/is so powerful that the children were to be abused and captured if they got in to the wrong hands. These ancient also began to create detailed maps of the underground tunnels that existed between power grids on our planet. The Lemurians also took the time to prepare their plans. They knew that they would receive a sign telling them it was time to go underground before the floods came. So they prepared themselves for the next several thousand years to be the sacred keepers of the records of Earth, co-creation and God. These sacred keepers purposely created in future generations ways to look different from each other, for some have the manner of appearing very ‘logical & physical’ so as to blend in with everyday people. This would help them to awaken the more physical person from 3^rd dimension to 5^th dimension. This Lemurian information was about the keys of creation and the mathematical code to GOD. It was using sacred geometry and specific gridding of crystals to create vortexes to connect back to GOD. The beings of Lemuria knew it was very important that the information they held be saved for when the waters receded, otherwise the entire history of Earth and the sacred teachings of the would have been lost forever. 

These holy people, whom had the ability to know things and understand wave frequency, received their signs to go underground which the unawakened were not aware of. This occurred approximately one year before the flood. While underground, they learned to live there and use the underground environment for their sustenance. They built very supportive and loving communities. Some of these under ground areas have been found recently by archaeologists, one of which under the left foot of the sphinx in Egypt and Egyptian pyramids. The wise and holy ones had completed in part the final work involved in preserving some of the knowledge.

 

 

The Natural Vortex and Merkaba of the body- Teachings of the Holy Ones.

According to the Legend of Lemuria the flood came and all the people who were underground were safe from the waters, even though many of the people on the surface of the Earth perished. Actual physical proof of this today, in the 21^st century, is the pyramids of the Mayans, Incas and Aztecs. Each time they attempted to build a higher pyramid, it was destroyed and washed away. The pyramid shape was representative of the steps of evolution. When the waters receded, the people of emerged from underground. The land they once knew as was now very different. In a very literal sense, they did emerge from the Earth. Most of the native peoples have lost the exact literal memory of this emergence, but within the highest ranks of the Shamans, Healers and Metaphysical Teachers of today, this knowledge is slowly being recalled and being taught to continue the knowledge of creation and God. Some people will experience smelling freshly laid dirt or the clairsentient smell of dirt. This is the emergence symbol form underground. (Personally, when I work with the new generation, especially the Aqua children, they know exactly this ‘dirt’ smell and know it is time for them to come out and reveal themselves).

The holy people all around this planet including Lemuria went underground. For instance, the Aborigines in Australia and those who were later to become the Druids in England were all preserving their knowledge underground as well. The Druids were preserving the ancient Atlantean information, as were the Egyptians. But the native peoples of the Pacific area, including Asia, were preserving the Lemurian information. 

A key factor to know about is that Lemuria and Atlantis had existed at the same time in history! Lemuria had 13 colonies and it was the Lemurians that decided that Atlantis would be a chosen colony for the creation and genesis of a new civilisation, genetic modification and creation of a new form of being. So when looking at the memories of Lemuria and Atlantis, they are all in the consciousness of one, there are no boundaries and therefore no distinguished difference between the two times.  Atlantis was to be the first colony to commence the Mystery Schools where the ancient Lemurian knowledge would be taught. The Lemurians also knew that Atlantis was also to be the place where EGO was to be brought in and experienced. Those of Lemuria knew that eventually EGO would override and be the downfall of Atlantis and then Egypt.

These holy beings whom have the consciousness of Lemuria, even today, hold within themselves this sacred knowledge of creation. Some of it is conscious but most of it lies in the subconscious. There was a great cooperation among all of these peoples on Earth to make sure that the sacred teachings of were never lost. The memory has been stored within these souls DNA and cellular memory laying dormant, awaiting for the divine time to emerge.


ANCIENT KNOWLEDGE IS ABOUT RAISING THE CONSCIOUSNESS

Consciousness of Love

The prophets & Avatars of Lemuria also knew that when the new time came, after the flood, mankind would move away from the sacred teachings. The prophets knew that there would be a very long period of time (about 13,000 and 26,000 years) during which the teachings would have to be kept hidden. They knew that one day that cycle would end and the teachings would once again emerge from each and every person – that time being now … or beyond 2013.  Initially there were 144,000 teachers but now there are more and it is a requirement for as many as possible, hence why at present we have so many people teaching and studing this work. 

(That is what is happening now for all of you. You are drawn to visit places like the Native American sacred spots or Peru or Egypt because you are feeling this ancient knowledge beginning to rise to the surface within you, and you seek to find a vehicle through which that memory can be activated. That activation is taught and experienced in the Millennium Modality™ – Medical Intuition).

As the Lemurian memory is activated in each of you, it will not necessarily take the form of information. Instead, it will simply take the form of your own spiritual and inner wisdom. This is known as ascension. The ancients never had religion and never felt the need to make someone else believe the way they did. These were the teachings originally in Atlantis before the fall to EGO by the fallen Angels. That pattern happened only after the flood. The ancients all had an inner wisdom and an inner spirituality that was never discussed or argued about as there was only ABSOLUTE EMPOWERMENT or love and no power struggles.

 

Awakening of Heart and Absolute Love

The basic beliefs of Lemuria were the belief in a higher power, love and respect for each other and love and respect for the Earth. That is the very basic foundation of spirituality. That was the spirituality of the ancients and that is the spirituality that is awakening within you. There was a knowing within every Lemurian that all life was harmonious and worked with heart rather than the separated mind/head space. The important concepts were unity, community, awareness, centeredness, absolute love, respect, love of others and unconditional love. (Taught in the Millennium Modality – Medical Intuition, this knowledge was located in the organ of the heart.) 
 

The Lemurians understood in the future that the flood and earthquake was not going to happen on the outside world but within each individual. It would be an individual’s earthquake, crumbling of belief systems that no longer serve the old EGOIC ways.  So in a sense, there is going to be destruction and the ending of a cycle. (This cycle in taught in Awakened Children course). The understanding in Lemuria was that ‘as above, so below; from within, to without’. Therefore when there is an earthquake within the person there is a division and breaking up of information to create a new world – this would come in the form of relationship upheavals, marital affairs and more such as economic crisis. The flood is emotions – the grief of disconnecting from the ABSOLUTE EMPOWERMENT/GOD and this could be triggered by anything. The tsunami was a huge wave emotions that was life changing and would transform the person in to self realisation and enlightenment. The main transformation was to LOVE OF SELF and being able to let go unawakened emotions such as fear, greed, possessive, jealousy and more. Along with this came an energy known for many centuries called Kundalini. This psychic energy has been written about for thousands of years. It’s purpose was to awaken a person to the God consciousness and their soul to a genesis of creating the world they wanted. This was the key, (known in Egyptian days as the ankh) to conscious creation. Kundalini has the capacity to ‘wash’ away our deepest tensions, eliminate our misunderstandings (lessons and beliefs) about our true nature, and to expand the flow of creative energy and consciousness within us. It is the seat of ABSOLUTE KNOWLEDGE. This energy is also seen as sexual energy and awakens the primordial female energy. When this energy is released, there is a direct transmission of spiritual energy which gives spiritual freedom. It is linked to the descent of GRACE (love). The knowledge of Lemuria was that we create our own world and if we see it outside of ourselves we see it within.
 

With this understanding and the ability telepathy communication, the Lemurians knew that whatever they thought would be their truth and their creation. They knew to take responsibility for their thoughts, actions and reactions. They were able to change anything instantly and know that if they came from a space and place of heart that all manifestation of love would come to fruition. They also understood that everything was manifestation in creation. In other words if they could sense it using any of the 16 senses, then it was a reality. It was what they had created. With this knowledge there was only one emotion – LOVE, Absolute Love.
