Different ways to canalize your Higher Self.

When you´re on the search of information about yourself, contecting with your Higher Self it´s one of the objetives. There are different ways to conect, and if we use it right, they can be so revealers.

Pendulum.
It´s the most easy way, use a pendulum to conect only with your Higher self. You can ask questions with a response of Yes and No.

Ouija.
When you want to ask complex questions than a pendulum can answer, we can use the Ouija. This method have so bad fame, but if you block any interference and you conect only with your Higher Self, you won´t have any problem. You´re the channel of the energies, so you have to channel only good energies.

Automatic Writing.
Start writing whatever it comes from your subconscient. If you make an exercise to conect with your Higher Self, the energy will answer your questions. You will have to practice this method a lot to start getting answers, but when you do it right, you will have big answers than with the pendulum.

Canalization.
You can start asking questions and get the answers with words, phrases, sensations, or images. They can appear at the moment, or in the nexts days, you will have to pay attention.

Visualization, Meditation.
It´s like the canalization, you can ask the question during a meditation or visualize the energy and your Higher Self. Those methods are so hard, so you will have to practice, and maybe you will not get the answer at first.

Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge Meditation.

Take a few deep breaths, inhaling what is negative, and transmuting that within yourself and then exhaling what is positive and purifying.

Then close your eyes. Visualize that you are in the center of the Earth. Then visualize the giant octahedron crystal core.

Four faces of the crystal end in a point along the North polar axis. The other four join at a point aligned with the South polar axis.

Surrounding the giant octahedron crystal is the Earth’s inner membrane, like a drum resonating the surface of the outer Earth. The Northern half of the crystal has two red and two white faces; the Southern half has two blue and two yellow faces.

Now go inside the crystal.

In the center of this giant crystal is an intensely blazing point of white light. An etheric column or axis of light extends North and South from the blazing center point through the tips of the octahedron going on to the North and South poles at the Earth’s exterior.

Around this etheric vertical magnetic axis of light, are two intertwined flux tubes through which plasmic energy is continuously passing.

Coiled around each other like the two strands of DNA, the flux tubes are red and blue in color. They deliver plasma – electrically charged ions – to the blazing point at the center of the Earth.

Strung on the northern axis of this column of light with the two flux tubes wound around it is the red time atom. Around the southern axis of light is the blue time atom.

The red and blue polar time atoms turn in opposite directions to each other, the red northern time atom in a clockwise direction, the blue southern time atom in a counterclockwise direction.

The time atoms consist of seven points: a center point, two points at either end of the vertical axis, and two points each – four points in all – equidistant to each other on either side of the central axis. The six outer points of the time atoms are almost in the shape of a hexagon, a six-sided figure.

The gravitational plane of the octahedron crystal, emanates horizontally out from the blazing luminous center of the crystal, extending to the four points that mark the edges of the crystal, where the four northern and four southern faces of the octahedron meet.

The gravitational plane connecting these four points is like the base of two pyramids – one pyramid extends from this base with four faces to the northern point of the octahedron, and the other four faces to the southern point.

Along this gravitational plane exactly opposite each other are two more time atoms: a white one and yellow one. These two gravitational time atoms are constructed just as the red and blue polar time atoms, except that their two axial points are aligned with the gravitational plane, lying on their side as it were and perpendicular to the polar time atoms.

These white and yellow time atoms turn around like paddle wheelers making a slow circular motion, counterclockwise, from left to right around the central point of blazing luminosity.

Once you have visualized the octahedron crystal core of the Earth with its eight faces, four time atoms, etheric column of light and two flux tubes, then visualize that from the center of the crystal a great stream of multicolored plasma filled light shoots up in both directions toward both of Earth’s poles.

Now you have gone from the center of the Earth to a point out in space where you are seeing the whole Earth. While you can still see the crystal octahedron at the center of the Earth, at the North and South poles the stream of light shoots out to become a great double rainbow bridge – the day alternator and the night alternator of Earth’s magnetic field made visible.

Two rainbow streams connect the North and South Poles of the Earth, exactly 180 degrees apart from each other. As the Earth slowly revolves on its axis, this rainbow bridge remains steady and constant, unmoving.

Once you have completed the visualization take the whole Earth revolving beneath the rainbow bridge and place it in your heart. Imagine the two streams of light shooting out through your central column above your head and beneath your feet. Now they make a similar rainbow bridge around your body, holding your aura in place.

Now you and the Earth are one. The Rainbow Bridge of World Peace is real.

How to use and clean the pendulum.

Using a pendulum is a form of “kinesiology”. It´s also used to find objects,water or metals, to locate energy blocks in the practice of reiki, or as a tool to get in contact with our inner guide, the pendulum can be a vehicle to develop your intuition and answer questions.

Your own mind is what move the energy around the body, answering to your thoughts and words using that energy to move the pendulum and answer your questions.

Use the pendulum.

Step 1. Relax.
Sit comfortably on the floor or in a chair in the area in which you will work. Look for a silence room without excessive noise. Don´t cross the legs or the fingers.

Step 2. Concentrate.
Make three deep breaths.

Step 3. Get in contact with your inner guide.
It can be by meditating a few seconds, saying a prayer, a mantra or saying a few simple words, such as “I am a being of light and I’m ready to see the truth.”

Step 4. Know your pendulum.
Hold the pendulum between the thumb and index finger, releasing the chain as you like, but make sure it is straight. Give the pendulum a reciprocating motion, to define its orientation.

Step 5. Establish the Yes and No.
Ask your pendulum “Show me a YES”. Observe the flow of energy, motion and ask again “show me a YES” until you recognize clearly the movement and the response.

My pendulum moves in the direction of clockwise for yes, the other way to say no and make a diagonal movement to say maybe / or more information is needed. Yours may move in a different direction and it will be fine. What is important is that through your intuition you recognize a yes and a no. Practice until that happens.

Step 6. Ask your question.
What can you ask? Anything you have the security that you know the answer.  The answer will be clearer if you don´t ask the question open to interpretation. It should be concise.

Don´t  “think” in the answer you want to hear, or this is what you will get.
If you find it difficult then think: “Tell the truth” as many times as necessary.

Remember too, that even your soul is older and wiser than your being aware, it doesn´t know everything, so some questions will not be answered.

Step 7. Trust in your possibilities.
Your soul and your higher self can see and know more than you, trapped / a on the physical plane. You are much more than the physical body and you know it. You are a multidimensional being. The non-physical aspects of your being exists at other levels. Various possible futures are already happening in the nonphysical plane and into the plane where you are now.

Your intuition, through the pendulum, can advise on what more needs your body and mind for proper grow. The possibilities are endless. Once you’ve learned to use it, is an hability, you get in constant contact with your guide.

Cleaning the pendulum.
Put it in a bowl of water with salt, in a full moon night, the next throw the water and put it to charge all day in the sun, then don´t forget to have it some time on your hands and transmit your energy, do it ocassionally.

Recommendations for December 21.

We are preparing ourselves to receive the synchronization of our DNA with the energies of the Center of Creation.

In a time of 3 days (21, 22, 23 of Dec), during the alignment of the Universal Energies Channel that make easy to receive Light frequencies that comes from the center of the galaxy, electromagnetic discharges will be in contact with our physical body, making faster the evolutive process, and elevating our Light frequencies in all the planet.

We are protagonists of the Age change, the dawn of a new humanity. The genetic evolution in a same generation. This intense movement of energy make a change in our physical bodies. Our DNA will start to awake the process of plenitude, activating the sleeping filaments.

The internal movement will be intense. We have to assure external quiet, avoid the laboral activity, the streets, and the social contact.

Stay with the family, or with people you feel great and you think that you can pass this experience. Don´t isolate, some symptons would need treatment.

Don´t turn on: appliances, radios, TV, computers, or any electric thing. Turn off mobiles.

Avoid: Turn on fire, eat meat, milk or derivates, any type of drink that is not water or juice, or any food that came from a shop.

Don´t use medicines. Drink a lot of water, eat healthy, vegetarian and light.

Meditate, leave the alcohol or the cigarettes, and ask for healing.

Try to go to the nature that day, or put plant and flowers your house.

Why to avoid the social contact?

The social contact is dangerous, being in dense ambients.

All the portals are opening, all the energies of the earth are preparing to do the Quantic Leap, and some of them could make chaos and discontrol.

Why to eat vegetarian and light?

The new energies are higher, and the meat is the opposite. If the body isn´t clean, we will create resistence that will make the process painful.

How To Direct Chi Energy

When you become aware of the movements of the chi energy in some particular area of your body (read about that further on in the article), you should just focus on that area and then in your mind’s eye imagine the energy going into some other area. The energy will go where you direct it to go.

So you should see this energy focused in the area where you sense it to be, and then see it flowing to another area. You can imagine this process as though a semi-transparent white current is flowing into some area in your body, or you can direct this invisible energy into some part of your body without seeing any current. How To Use Chi Energy To Push Objects

You will not be able to push objects with chi at once. You will need to learn to concentrate your chi energy and direct it into the objects which may take a long time. You should be completely focused on the object and direct your energy to the object until it moves. When it starts moving, direct its movement with your mind.

To cleanse your chakras you should imagine chi energy visiting each one of them (from root chakra upwards) and making them glow with their colors as well as spinning them. You should breathe deeply when you do this exercise and make sure your chakras spin slowly before finishing this task. If you leave your chakras spinning fast, you will feel exhausted because you will distribute your chi energy everywhere you go.

How To Make A Protective Shield Against Negative Energies

Visualise that you are in a ball of white energy which protects you from the negative influences. Visualise that this shield only allows the thoughts and energy of love, peace and other positivity to enter it. Then make this ball as large as you feel comfortable.

If you want your own protection, a small energy ball will do the work, however if you want your home to be protected, you should make this ball of energy bigger than your home. This protective shield is usually used by psychics to discourage negative entities or by people who astral project, so that their bodies would be safe while they are away. You can also protect yourself this way if you are surrounded by negative people or you think that someone uses your energy (this is usually the case when you feel drained after talking to someone).

Your chi energy can be used to heal not only yourself, but others too. Simply visualise a white light coming from your hands into the area that needs to be healed. Other Uses Of Chi Energy

Universal energy movements

Your life energy does not move the same way all the time. If you do not consciously direct it, it can move in many different ways. For example it can go to your hand or your head, but I have never experienced it going to two different places at the same time.

You feel this energy much stronger when you meditate because during meditation you get an abundance of this energy. Sometimes you can feel how fast it goes to one part of your body and this just proves that you get more concentrated universal energy whilst meditating.

I remember when once during meditation this energy went from my stomach into my head in less than a second. That felt like a punch from the inside. I was very surprised and a little bit concerned. Then I found out that this happened because I do not know how to control and evenly distribute this energy.

The more you meditate, the more life energy you will get and the more strongly you will feel it in your body. Sometimes you may get so much energy that you constantly feel the movement of it in your body. That means that you should cut on the meditation time and learn how to distribute this energy. I will explain how to do that later on.

Usually energy goes from your root chakra into your head or anywhere else that it can go through. Sometimes you may feel the energy going to your heart or throat and not moving from there. That means that that particular chakra is blocked, and you should do chakra cleansing to open this energy channel.

A very interesting thing happens with the energy when you visualise. When you think of something you really want to have, you can feel the energy going into the direction of your vision. That is an amazing feeling and that means that you focused so well that the thing you desire got created in the non-physical. That thought (which was fuelled by the energy) created it and now all you have to do is to expect it in your life.

Have you heard people say that thoughts have pulling power? If you can feel the energy movements, you can actually feel that pulling power of your desire to this reality. That is such a wonderful feeling because you truly understand that everything is energy and we live in an attraction based universe.

That is where the people that do not meditate miss out. When they visualise they cannot sense any activity inside them, therefore it is hard for them to tell if they focused enough for their manifestations to come into their reality.

How To Move Objects With Chi Energy Video

Chi energy is also used to astral project. When chi energy is very strong and you feel the ripples in your body, you can direct this energy into one part of your body (head or hands) and take it out of your body. This way you can have an OBE (Out of Body Experience).

If you feel that energy movements inside you are too strong, you can learn to evenly distribute this energy. To do that you will have to learn to do some spinal breathing.

Here is the technique you can use for spinal breathing. Imagine that chi energy is going from your root chakra, reaching sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, going through your heart chakra into your throat chakra and into the third eye chakra and going through the crown chakra outside you and coming back into the root chakra.

In other words, imagine this energy going throughout each of your seven chakras and back. You should repeat this spinal breathing exercise until you feel that you are completely relaxed and do not feel any or just slight energy movements inside you.

This way the energy will be distributed more evenly and you will not get too violent energy movements inside you during meditation.

An abundance of chi energy

The more life energy you get, the more active, focused and uplifted you will become. People get chi energy when they sleep because they do not think whilst sleeping and therefore this energy can reach them. However you can only get an abundance of this energy through meditation. You can even feel the pressure in your head you get when this energy is entering you.

You will get no diseases if you get enough of this energy because it cleanses impurities in your body including nervous system.

When this universal energy finds some impurity in your body, you will feel the pressure or some other sensation in that particular area of your body. You can even get movements of that body part. For example, some people start involuntarily moving their arms or heads. That only means that the universal energy is cleansing that area of your body.

This energy cleanses any malfunction in your body. I used to get headaches almost daily but since I started meditating I got maybe only two or three headaches in this whole time. That’s the power of the abundance of chi energy.

Conclusion

Although this energy is life giving, many people are not aware of its presence inside them. However the more you know about this energy and the more of it you get, the more benefits you will notice.

The only way to get an abundance of this energy is through meditation. When you meditate this energy enters your body through your crown chakra and goes throughout your whole body.

Although it takes a short period of time to learn the basic energy direction, it takes years to learn some of the tricks with this energy.

What Star System are you from?.

You could be from a number of places beyond the solar system, you could even be of a place not even discovered yet by those of Earth, Space is a big big big place of infinite realities.

Remember this when searching for your star origins, labels are man made. Don´t limit the self by placing labels. You are from everywhere and are everything…you are pure energy and energy is unlimited, and comes in a variety of forms.

Sirians:

Those who have Sirius as their planetary origin are very focused. It´s very difficult to change their minds, but once they have become convinced that a new “path” is more appropriate, they become totally focused on the new. Sirians have strong beliefs, ideals and personal integrity, they don´t enjoy confrontations, with a strong sense of humor.

Sirians make loyal, trustworthy friends, but expect the same in return, you will be carefully scrutizined. They become hurt and disillusioned when these expectations are not met. Sirians don´t share the inner personal self with others easily, and may have difficulty sharing emotions and expressing feelings and needs.

They may become defensive if forced to focus on the past by others. This is due to the fact that past pain and emotion is held within, denied and repressed rather than being dealt with at the time of occurrence. Due to this there may be large amounts of old emotion in need of being dealt with and released. One of the lessons many Sirians have chosen to work with in this lifetime is the importance of releasing old pain, forgiving self and others, and moving on.

Sirians may be considered dreamers by some. This is due to their active, vivid inner
life. This can cause forgetfulness and a tendency to not notice trivial third dimensional things in the present. Although they appear very calm, quiet and reserved on the surface, there is much activity within. As children, Sirians may often be thought to have learning disorders or thought to have problems with their attention span prefering visual methods to learn.

Those from Sirius have a deep connection to the Earth and energies of nature. Many Sirians have had numerous lives as American Indians and maintain close ties and memories of these lives. They are very visual, both in their ability to see things which others do not, and in their manner of learning.

Vegans:

Those who have Vega as their planetary origin are self sufficient, independent, proud and strong willed. There is an outer smooth energy and appearance of strength and capability. They tend to be knowledgeable in a wide variety of areas of their interest, with a lot of talent and creativity. They may be artists, designers, inventors, architects or in current times may work more closely with creativity through new or expanding technologies.

Their methods of working with technology will differ from many, as it is based more
on “feeling” than on intellectual understanding. They do well at beginning projects, but less well at completing them. They are travelers who seek variety, challenge. They may become bored easily. They tend to analyze, question and doubt all which they don´t feel right.

Most from Vega have a strong sense of responsibility, nurturing and caring. They may find others attracted to their understanding energy, and may be approached in many situations by others wishing to share personal problems.

It should be noted that few from Vega are themselves willing to share personal details with others, unless trust is first established. Vegans have healing abilities, and may have an affinity for stones and crystals. They have a strong need for time alone, privacy, and freedom from restrictions.

Those in personal relationships with Vegans may at times be in need of more attention, and may feel somewhat neglected, due to their many interests and areas of focus. They may become so involved with caring for others, that they neglect personal needs and personal relationships.

Pleiadans:

Those who have Pleiades as their planetary origin are sensitive, loving and kind. There is a deep, abiding desire for peace and happiness for all. If one from Pleiades were asked what do you want out of life? They would likely say, “to be happy.” Pleiadeans have a pleasant smooth energy which others enjoy being near.

They are sensitive and react quickly to criticism. Pleiadeans tend to sacrifice personal needs to please others. This may cause inner resentment. They may instead use passive aggressive behavior in hopes that their feelings will be noticed and responded to without the need for discussion. Pleiadeans can become physically ill in situations where there is anger, open tension or arguments around them, as they absorb emotions of others in an unconscious effort to mediate.

The tendency to repress their own emotions, and the emotions absorbed from others can form energy blockages if not released over a period of time. They will learn to be aware of their desire to make others happy and realize that one can only be responsible for ones personal happiness and self development.

As true responsibility is accepted for self and personal happiness, they will flourish
and the physical body will respond with radiance. Pleiadeans must work to develop
communication skills on a third dimensional level and also to develop self-esteem.

At times, it may appear to others that Pleiadeans are overly reserved and distant.
Often they feel that their thoughts are not “worth” sharing and must work in this
area also. They could be involved into drugs or drinking, creating sexual or romantic
dramas, or simply escaping into other realities through reading, television or movies. Pleiadeans release through crying. This may result in crying which appears as an overreaction to current situations, due to repress emotions.

Pleiadeans are very strong on faith and trust. There is an inner desire to seek spiritual answers and to find their connection to the God Force. As they begin to seek and learn, growth begins. As they begin to realize the God connection and to love themselves as the perfect beings that all are, many of the old feelings, emotions and self doubts fade.

Orions:

Those who have Orion as their planetary origin have strong personalities, ideals and
beliefs. Orion’s may be recognized by the many questions they ask. They tend to
analyze people and events in their need to understand. This is due to the tendency of most Orions to operate on a mental level, rather than a feeling level.

Orions want others to respect their opinions and may argue to gain respect and
convince others of the validity of their opinions. They must learn to balance the drive to understand, with sensitivity to the needs of others.

Orions have a deep inner thirst for knowledge and may be frustrated with those who do not share this thirst. There is interest a wide variety of fields. They have strong skepticism and difficulty in accepting new beliefs without thorough evidence and proof of validity. This is due to their mental and intellectual focus. Orions expect and seek perfection. They have a keen eye for details and notice things which others do not.

It is good to realize that Orions are very sensitive to balance, and may feel physically upset or ill in situations where there is imbalance. In an emotional situation, a typical Orion response is to ask questions, although the quieter Orions may do this within. This does not mean they do not feel or care, simply that they must seek understanding.

Those from Orion need privacy and time alone to recharge, learn and develop the flow within. They learn best alone or in small groups, and do not feel comfortable in large classroom settings, because there is a high energy level. There is strong communication with spirit, and psychic ability. As Orions grow on a spiritual pathway, they find their largest challenge to be that of developing higher levels of trust and faith. This is due to many aspects of spirituality that must be accepted simply on faith.

Arcturians:

Those who have Arcturus as their planetary origin have strong personalities, a deep inner strength and a ‘knowing’ within. On the surface, they appear strong, capable and powerful. There is a feeling from childhood of having an important purpose in life, although there is not usually knowledge of what that might be, searching for this purpose on a spiritual exploration.

Arcturians are very creative. Many Arcturians are writers, artists, designers or use
their abilities to create in some way. They may tend to get bored easily and seek new experiences to avoid boredom. This can show up in a tendency to create big problems out of little ones, to drag out situations, or dramatize situations to get attention.

They do not have many close, intimate personal friends, but have many “casual” friends. Arcturians attract people: Complete strangers are drawn to the Arcturian energy and magnetism. They are good advice givers, and their aura makes it appear to others that they are strong and complete. Arcturians have much energy, either physical and mental. They tend to be enthusiastic and optimistic. They will have many projects begun, with few completed.

Arcturians are not comfortable with expressing their deepest emotions, and tend to
react to situations that stir deep emotions by creating diversions. They may create
arguments, try to create laughter, or have a sudden urge to ‘do something’ to avoid openly discussing their emotions.

Apollonians:

Apollonians love to learn and add to their many talents. There is often interest in
taking varied classes and developing many abilities. They may appear to others like
“professional students”, or give the appearance of being unable to make up their minds as to what they wish to do. This is not the case. It is simply that Apollonians do not allow themselves to be limited to any one role, or definition of who and what they are.

Any attempt by others to limit them or label them is very strongly and instantly
resisted. There is a deep desire to be self-sufficient and avoid the need to depend on others, financially or emotionally. It should be noted that even the rare Apollonian who chooses a pathway of pleasure seeking and play rather than serious learning, will be just as deeply and fully focused on that pathway.

Many from Apollonia have work to do as Earth healers and feel a deep connection to the Earth and her needs. There is early recognition of energy fields, auras, spirit
friends or angels. These abilities with energy may lead them to do healing work at
some point in their lives, either with the planet, animals or people.

There is a strong ability to empathize with others and use that ability to help others to heal and release emotional pain and fears. There is a strong love of beauty and nature. There is a strong sense of intuition and spiritual connectedness. Those from Apollonia may have often considered themselves exotic or taken pleasure in being “different.”

Andromedans:

Those with an Andromeda planetary origin seek freedom. There is a deep inner thirst and drive that leads them to search for this feeling of freedom. They may change jobs, homes or relationships in their search. At some point, they will realize that the freedom they seek comes only from within. This it´s found only by developing self love, and the inner spiritual self.

Andromedans must work with issues of self-confidence and love. These areas may be obvious in their need for development, or they may be disguised. As this develops, the connection between self and God becomes strong. This allows past life memories to flow, and many old talents begin to awaken to be used once again.

Many Andromedans discover they have much to offer others on a spiritual pathway and become known as teachers and healers. Andromedans enjoy travel and thrive on experiencing many types of realities.

They may have early desires to visit past life homes, shown as desires to visit certain places or interest in certain areas or time periods without understanding why. They may enjoy driving fast, or flying in airplanes, as this stimulates subconscious memories of ‘home’.

The Andromedan tendency to be self-critical may lead them to expect others to be
critical of them. They are very good at keeping the inner fears, doubts and
insecurities inside and presenting a very different ‘face’ to the outside world.

Andromedans have healing and communication abilities which are often felt early in
childhood. These are often ignored or discouraged by family members, and must later be retrieved. Andromedans are sensitive, caring individuals who have much compassion and ability to put themselves in another’s position and truly empathize. There is a desire to work with healing the physical, emotional, or psychic pains of mankind.

11:11 and the Universe.

Many times the number sequence 11:11 appears in our lives suddenly, in the time, or in images. This isn´t casualty, the universe send you this number in your life to let you know that is opened and is receiving everything you are sending. It doesn´t matter what you´re thinking, the universe will receive it.

The universe has one only answer, and it´s Yes. Everything you think, the answer will be Yes. So, if you´re thinking “I can´t. It will never happen.”, the answer of the universe will be “YES. I can´t. It will never happen.”.

But if you´re thinking about positive thoughts, “I can. It will happen”, “I´m happy. I have economic stability.”, “I´m so happy with my relationship. I will be with this person a lot of years.”, the universe will send you a big Yes.

I would pass all the minute thinking about positive thoughts, about things I want, or just thinking about peace and love in my life, and it will have effect in my life. So, be careful of what you think when 11:11 happens, because it will have a big effect on your life. You have the key to change the things you don´t like, you have the key of your life. And the universe will send you a big Yes.
